· Full sun, not less than 7 hours

·Good drainage – avoid areas that become boggy after a good rain

Plant - Late fall to mid-March for best results

Variety Selections – Choose the varieties that have low chill hour requirements

Apples – Most need pollinators

Figs – Self pollinating

Plums – Self pollinating

<!--·Methley-juicy, sweet mild flavor, reddish-purple skin with red flesh. An attractive tree, heavy bearing and vigorous 200-250 hours chill time

<!--· Morris-Developed by A & M, a great plum for Texas. Dark red/purple skin and yellow flesh, good fresh or can be canned or used for preserves 200-250 hours chill time

Pomegranate-Self pollinating
